Ghirardelli Square 36th Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony. Ghirardelli Square lights up the waterfront with their 35-foot Christmas tree. The lighting is scheduled at 6pm and includes holiday entertainment, caroling performances, along with a celebrity guest emcee, dancing, and a visit from Santa Claus. Ghirardelli Square. 775-5500
